Hi Shea! You can enter the ID of a single photo or a photo set. If it's a photo set, you can click on any single photo to download it, or click on the link at the bottom to download them all. I know it's very limited now and I'm planning to build a new version from scratch, but I've been really busy lately so it will have to wait. Hehehe :P

Hi Kyle,

Thank you, I'm glad you like it. I'm not using this App anymore, so I'm not sure if it's working on newer versions of Google Chrome. I've being using an easier trick to make sure it's not caching my Flex Apps. I just open a "New Icognito Window" (File menu) and work there. SInce this Icognito mode is focused on privacy, it has no cache. I was going to post this trick here, but I've been really busy at work lately. Please tell me if it works :)

Cheers,
André Gil

Hey Andre,
Thanks for a great post! I am still having one minor issue that I'm hoping you might have a fix for. I installed the no cache chrome app, and run it, but when I run my debug builds from Flashbuilder, I am still finding that it is displaying the previous version of the .swf file. If I hit refresh (command-R), the latest build is loaded up. I've ensure that I am closing any open tabs/windows before launching the new build, hoping this would solve the issue; however, it has not. Any ideas?

Thanks!

[...] I saw a number of fixes for the caching issue, some of them better than others, but none quite as elegant as I would hope (i.e. a setting in Chrome to simple disable caching). Then I came across a blog post by Andre Gil’s (sorry for the spelling, I don’t know how to make the fancy accent over the e), which outlined a very nice solution in which Andre had written a small application that essentially gives you the option to launch Google Chrome with the cache disabled. You can get the app, and read about its’ use in the section titled “Cache Problems” of the following post: http://blog.somepixels.net/2010/05/how-to-develop-and-debug-flex-on-google-chrome/ [...]
